New Office Open....

Hello,

Just a word to let you know our new office is finally open. Taking a little bit longer than we expected but well worth the wait. It is an office that the real estate industry has not seen in a long time.

With many offices closing or consolidating and encouraging their agents to work from home rather than coming into the office we have taken another course. We have made this office agent friendly. We think it is time to get real estate back to the basics and put the emphasis on customer service and loyalty.

By making an office a place where you can feel good about bringing your clients and a place where you can get your work done with your own space rather than sharing a desk and not working from home with all those distractions, we have achieved something not seen in a long time.

So, if your a client looking to look at the local listings or an agent looking to improve your work environment, please stop by and say hi.

New Office......

We are hard at work on opening our second location at 375 Boston St. (Rt. 1), Topsfield. We should be open for business by the second week in April.

The new office will be a great place to work as well as afford the public the opportunity to walk in and look at the local listings and sit with an agent to see what is available in the area.

So, please watch for the signs and when the door is finally open please feel free to come in and take a look at our new facility as well as look at the local real estate market.

Tough Market.....

The TV and papers all scream gloom and doom. Worst market in 20 years, forclosures at record high, mortgage money tight. And on and on it goes.

All markets are good for some and bad for others. The only thing unique about this market is that we are in it. It is affecting us. We feel the pain. But when the market was good we reaped the rewards.

There are rewards in this market as well. For the most part the buyers in this market are strong. We are going back to the buyer that has to put something down on a property, that has to qualify with a reasonable credit score, and someone that is walking into the home with at least some equity.

These are all good things. But it took time to get into this market and it will take some time to get out of it.

So, if you don't have to sell your home there is nothing to worry about. If you do have to sell for whatever reason you should use the services of a professional realtor. Someone who can guide you through the process and in the end help you sell your home for its maximum value.
